Standard Rate Schedule

 

Consulting fees for the use of services are $1200.00 per day or  $150.00 per hour.  These fees can be reduced if a retainer or guaranteed monthly minimum of usage is provided. All services are provided under a nondisclosure agreement.

 

Travel time (whether by car or air) will be counted as time worked but the rate will be at half the agreed to hourly rate. Travel time will not be charged if the time is less than two hours one-way. All expenses for travel, room and meals are to be paid by the customer unless agreed to otherwise. Car mileage will be charged at $0.45 per mile.

 

Worked performed at the offices of J Hagewood, LLC will be charged on the hourly rate and such work will not be performed without the permission of the client. Rates are subject to change at any time

 

If travel outside the US or Canada is required, the client is expected to prepay the cost of or to purchase tickets for business class air travel. Accommodations are expected to be equal to those afforded regular business executives of the client company. Expenses for rooms, rental cars and meals will be charged at cost.
